As part of the firm’s litigation department, Flavia Baez has a diverse practice including the prosecution and defense of a wide variety of complex commercial disputes involving companies from different industry sectors.

She also has extensive experience negotiating and litigating matters involving contract disputes, employment matters, construction, real estate disputes, insurance coverage, among others

Flavia Baez also has extensive experience in family law, handling several adoptions and divorce matters in the Dominican Republic.
