Mr. Moreno concentrates his practice in Commercial and Business Litigation, Real Estate Litigation, Defense Litigation, Civil Litigation, Labor Litigation, Insurance and Maritime Law.
Experience
Mr. Moreno has represented domestic and international insurers, corporations, and professional firms in a wide range of matters.
As a business litigation lawyer he represents companies and financial institutions in areas such as; complex contracts, dispute resolution, real estate disputes, technology and intellectual property, shareholder agreements, telecommunications, and monetary compensation resulting from law suits.
He has wide experience in domestic litigation in the insurance and banking sectors, and is recognized for his technical ability in this field. Additionally, he practices in the firm’s maritime practice group, where he has litigated a variety of maritime cases, such as lien claims, ship mortgage foreclosures, charter disputes, marine insurance claims, cargo claims and other shipping matters.
