Biography
Born in Santiago, Dominican Republic, in 1964, Mr. Luciano was admitted
to the Dominican bar in 1996 and speaks Spanish and French.
Education
Mr. Luciano received his bachelor of law degree in 1987 and his master
of society and commercial law degree in 1999 from Pontificia Universidad
Católica Madre y Maestra.
