Mr. Fiallo concentrates his practice in Constitutional Law and Corporate Litigation from the fields of Civil, Commercial, Criminal, Labor and Industrial Property law.

Experience

Alberto Fiallo has developed a practice on corporate litigation from the fields of Civil, Commercial, Criminal, Labor and Industrial Property law. He has appeared on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants at all levels of Court in the Dominican Republic, for multinational and local clients from several industrial sectors.

Mr. Fiallo also advises clients on a variety of issues including regulatory banking, commercial and corporate advice, agency, distribution and other aspects of business law.

He is a permanent lecturer of Constitutional Law and International Law at both Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra and Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE).
