Experience

Has acted as local counsel in real estate consultations in order to verify, advise and execute all kind of transactions: transferences, granting of credits, constitution of condominiums, determination of heirs, partition of properties, contributions to companies, among others.

She has been involved in the analysis of the possible risks on real estate acquisitions of several hotels in the Dominican Republic; and also in the analysis of the possible risks of the granted real estate guarantees for credits in national and foreign currency of local and international financial institutions.

Born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic in year 1982. Admitted in the Dominican Lawyer College in 2004.  

Educations

She received her Bachelor of Law Degree, Summa Cum Laude in the Universidad Católica Santo Domingo on 2004; and a Master on Corporate Business Law in the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra.
