Mr. Losada concentrates his practice on Commercial Law, specifically in several types of contracts such as: sales, leasing, franchising, agency, loans, among others. He has experience also in Corporate Law, intervening in the formation of companies and in several business transactions. He has worked in civil disputes, labor, criminal and commercial matters representing clients in the ordinary and arbitrational courts.
