- Assisted important Dominican entities in administrative proceedings regarding the Dominican social security law.
- Advised major non-Dominican clients in claims before State Regulatory Entities.
- Assisted a major non-Dominican client in the creation, installation and operation of an entity under the Dominican stock market law.

Member of the Dominican Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the American Society of International Law. He is also a member of the Dominican Fulbright Alumni Association.
Biography
Born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, on January 3, 1979. Was admitted to the Dominican Bar Association on 2002.
Education
- Received his Bachelor of Law degree (J.D. equivalent) cum laude from the Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo in 2002.
- In 2003, obtained a Diploma in Diplomacy, International Law and Relations, also from the Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo.
- As a Fulbright Scholar, he obtained his LL.M. from the American University Washington College of Law in 2004.
