Mrs. Abreu is an associate in the Litigation Department of our firm; she concentrates her practice in civil, constitutional and international law with wide experience in human rights law.

She was involved in the widely known case in which the Dominican people claim a 4% of the GDP for the education in the Dominican Republic.
