Ms. Lithgow has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resource Management.

She has been Manager of Human Resources for Chiquita Brand International in Dominican Republic (FRUDOCA), Caribbean Data Services and MC Todo Casa and worked for 10 years for Hanes Caribe, Inc. (Sara Lee Branded Apparel) as Director of Human Resources for the Caribbean Region.

She lead a Human Resource audit for The National Office of the Public Administration (ONAP) in 2006.

She is an university professor of graduate and postgraduate level courses at the universities of APEC, UNIBE and PUCMM in Santo Domingo and Santiago, Dominican Republic.
