His practice is focused on business, real estate, foreign investment and labor law.

Experience

Has intervened in complex inheritance matters, litigation on money laundering, acquisition and sale of tourist properties and the advice to an important wholesaler corporation on the Law 407 for the sale of gas, diesel, oil, lubricants and other similar products.

He has also been involved in counseling Mayor League Baseball Teams on the acquisition and lease of properties for the construction of baseball training camps in the Dominican Republic, as well as in the Mayor League Baseball Program on Legal Orientation for the Rockies.

Credentials/Afiliation

Member of the Dominican Bar Association and the Moot Alumni Association, which is formed by professionals that have participated in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Competition. Which is held at Vienna, Austria annually.

Biography

Born at New York City, United States of America on 1981. Was admitted in the Dominican Bar Association in the year 2003.

Education

Received his Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree in the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra, Santo Domingo, on 2003, and his Laws Master (LLM) degree on French, European and International Business Law on 2004 at Université Panthéon-Assas (Paris II), Paris, France.

Publications

Author of “Constitutional Guaranties against the Sanction Faculty of the Tax Administration”, drafted on November, 2002.
