Experience
Mr. Peña is an associate in the Foreign Investment Department of the firm. He has wide experience working in Real Estate matters, Banking, Mining, Environmental, Taxation, Hydrocarbons Law, Corporate reorganizations and general corporate law.

He assisted in the reorganization and sale of the most important wholesaler and distributor of hydrocarbons in the Dominican Republic and is part of the team that serves as local legal counsel to one of the largest multinational mining corporations.
