The Pellerano & Herrera Foundation

The Pellerano & Herrera Foundation was created with the purpose of promoting and implementing projects for developing values and skills in the local legal community.

Its mission is to collaborate with different sectors of the country to meet the needs in the judicial area and in legal practice, promoting the welfare of society. The Foundation, in addition to its role in education, actively participates in the publication of books and journals in the area of law.

The Pellerano & Herrera Foundation is supported by the reputation and experience of Pellerano & Herrera, the leading law firm in the Dominican Republic and a recognized "school of lawyers", which has forged many generations of legal professionals, today well respected and recognized personalities: successful lawyers, intellectuals and prominent scholars forged in the deepest tradition of legal practice.

In collaboration with the Dominican Republic-based Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), one of the leading private research universities in Latin America that is recognized for the quality of its graduate programs and the achievements of its graduates, we have developed the first Masters in Legal Practice program for lawyers. The program, which takes place at the offices of Pellerano & Herrera, offers a practical and modern outlook on the law. The Foundation awards scholarships to those students who qualify.
