Pellerano & Herrera receives the “Private Equity Deal of the Year Award” from the IFLR Pellerano & Herrera received the Private Equity of the Year Award from the International Financial Law Review (“IFLR”) for its work on the acquisition of the Dominican Republic’s airports. It is the first time that the prestigious British publication has given this award to a law firm in the Dominican Republic. The ceremony recognizing Pellerano & Herrera was held on March 25, 2009 at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York City, where the most prominent law firms of the world were present.
