Pellerano & Herrera is currently assisting Infinity Bio-Energy, a major Brazilian ethanol producer, in the share and asset acquisition of Atlantic Ethanol Corp.  for the the technological restructuring of a sugar mill into a power and ethanol dehydration plant. The transaction involves a share purchase structure for acquiring the assets and a due diligence on the land to be acquired  through a concession granted by the Dominican State.
