SANTO DOMINGO.- Industrialists, executives of the World Bank in Washington and government officials will discuss the challenges to Dominican Republic’s business climate, as well as the country’s inclusion in the group “Top Reformers,” as part of a special presentation of Doing Business slated for Monday. Klein will present the “Doing Business Report 2008-2009” for our country, stressing how Dominican Republic was included among the top 10 countries with significant advances and improvements in facilities to do business. The institutions aim to let Dominican industrialists know the country’s advances in its business climate and also hear their points on view on the reforms of law needed to consolidate and expand those accomplishments. There’ll also be a high level panel of private sector and government representatives, including Economy minister Temístocles Montas and Business Council (CONEP) ex president Elena Viyella de Paliza. source: elcaribecdn.com |
