Pellerano & Herrera provides legal advice to its clients on all aspects of labor relations and social security. Out attorneys will negotiate, draft and register work contracts, both individual or collective. Clients are further assisted in assessing fringe benefit packages and all other manners of remuneration or compensation, in planning of human resources strategies, developing methods for terminating work contracts; and negotiating collective bargain agreements.

Assistance is provided on executive remuneration packages, incentive plans, insurance plans and mandatory accident insurance, among other matters.

Our clients are further counseled on pension and any other complementary social welfare plans in the negotiation, drafting, construction and application of collective working agreements.
