
Dominican-American Chamber presents seminars for DR-CAFTA

Santo Domingo.- The American Chamber of Commerce yesterday presented the administrative structure that is to govern the Free Trade Agreement with Central America and the United States (DR-CAFTA), to ensure proper implementation of the accord.
Part of the structure includes the Free Trade Commission, Labor and Environment councils, Products Trade, Sanitary Matters and Technical Obstacles Committees.
These commissions, councils and coordinating offices yesterday also presented their schedule for 14 seminars that they will conduct during 2007, which will in sum be dedicated to illustrate on how to manage the FTA.
